The event is scheduled to be held in Momiji Gardens which is located near Gate 1 of the PNE at the cross roads of Hastings and Renfrew. Parking is through PNE Gate 6 off Renfrew Street. In the event of rain the event will be moved to the Pacific Room located in the Pacific Coliseum. We will send an email to our confirmed contacts notifying you if we do change location due to weather.
Please be sure to bring a copy of the invitation with you to the event to gain parking and admission access.
