Know Before You Go


Below is some extra helpful information to ensure you have the best possible experience at this event.

Your Tickets

Your ticket is valid only for the date and time indicated on it. All ticket holders require a PNE Fair Admission ticket, valid for the same date for entry into the Amphitheatre.

Before arriving at the PNE Amphitheatre please ensure you have either printed your ticket or downloaded the “print at home” PDF to your mobile phone or have your mobile ticket ready. There is no free WIFI available at the venue. Please present the original ticket file, and not a screen shot of it. To help with ticket scanning, please turn the brightness on your phone to maximum, and enlarge the bar code section or have your QR code open.

PNE Fair Admission is not included with your Summer Night Concerts ticket. You must purchase an admission ticket in advance of arrival at the PNE Fair. 
 

Venue Information

The PNE Amphitheatre is located at 2901 E Hastings St, Vancouver, BC V5K 5J1

Enter the PNE Fair with your Gate Pass from one of the four main entrances (see map). Access the Amphitheatre with your Concert ticket from the west side through the Revel District or on the upper east side through Playland.

Parking and Transportation

Parking is located at the corner of Hastings and Windermere Streets, Gate 6 off Renfrew Street, and Gate 9 off Bridgeway Street.
 
Parking is $25.
 
Transit is also a great option with frequent bus service on Hastings Street, and easy access to Renfrew Skytrain Station via the #16 Bus.

Bag Policy

Guests are encouraged to use small bags or clear bags and only bring necessary items. All bags are subject to search at the venue’s discretion.

In and Out Policy

Re-entry is not permitted for any guest upon leaving the venue.

Cashless transactions

The PNE uses cashless procedures on site for retail and food and beverage. We accept credit/debit and recommend that you use your tap enabled cards, or Apple Pay/Google Pay on your mobile device.

Guests without cashless purchase options may visit the Guest Services booth and load a PNE gift card using cash. Gift card purchases are non-refundable, do not expire, and remaining balances can be used during future PNE events. Minimum gift card load of $20.00.

Outside food

For the safety of all of our guests and team members, outside food and beverage will not be permitted on site.
 

PNE Code of Conduct

The PNE is a harassment free site and will not accept any inappropriate behaviour from guests towards staff or other guests. Before you arrive to the venue, please familiarize yourself with the PNE's code of conduct. Guests who violate the code of conduct are subject to removal from the venue.

If you experience or witness any unacceptable behaviour, please find the nearest PNE employee, police officer, or visit First Aid. You can text or call PNE Guest Services during the event at 604-505-5840.
 

Health Guidelines

Mask Requirements

The PNE continues to strongly encourage the use of face masks, but we will not enforce guests, public or clients to wear masks onsite.

Sick or Self-Isolating? Please stay home.

Contact TicketLeader at 604-252-3700 before your visit date and stay home and take care of yourself.

Respect personal space

This means giving enough space between you and others so everyone feels comfortable.

On Fair Fridays, the first 5,000 people to show their Compass Card or proof of transit fare receive 2-for-1 admission. Valid on in-person admission payment only. The lower priced admission will be the free admission.
