Entry into the Pit Party ends at 11:00 AM. Arrivals after 11 AM may not guarantee meet-and-greets or photo ops. There will be no refunds.

Below is some extra helpful information to ensure you have the best possible experience at this event.

Your Tickets

Your ticket is valid only for the date and time indicated on it. Before arriving at the Pacific Coliseum please ensure you have your mobile ticket ready. There is no free WIFI available at the venue. Please present the original ticket file, and not a screen shot of it. To help with ticket scanning, please turn the brightness on your phone to maximum, and enlarge the bar code section or have your QR code open.

Your tickets will be sent 48 hours prior to the event.

Guests must have both an event ticket and a Pit Party Pass. Purchase tickets here

Please note: Lines have limited capacity. Plan out your day and see your favourite trucks first as a Pit Party pass does not guarantee a meet-a-greet with every truck.

Parking

The closest lot can be accessed via Gate 6 from Renfrew Street just north of the Pacific Coliseum (at Cambridge Street). Parking is $20 per vehicle. 

Bag Policy

Large bags, coolers and duffle bags are not permitted. Guests are encouraged to use small bags or clear bags and only bring necessary items. small and medium sized bags and backpacks are allowed. All bags are subject to search at the venue’s discretion.

In and Out Policy

Re-entry is not permitted for any guest upon leaving the venue.

Cashless transactions

The PNE uses cashless procedures on site for retail and food and beverage. We accept credit/debit and recommend that you use your tap enabled cards, or Apple Pay/Google Pay on your mobile device.

Guests without cashless purchase options may visit the Guest Services booth and load a PNE gift card using cash. Gift card purchases are non-refundable, do not expire, and remaining balances can be used during future PNE events. Minimum gift card load of $20.00.

Outside food

For the safety of all of our guests and team members, outside food (including gum or candy) and beverage will not be permitted on site.

Triple O's is located on the main level and open during event hours.
 

Safety & Security at the PNE

At the PNE, the safety of our guests and staff is paramount.

The PNE has a ZERO TOLERANCE violence and aggressive behaviour policy. PNE will not accept any inappropriate behaviour from guests towards staff or other guests. Before you arrive to the venue, please familiarize yourself with the PNE's code of conduct.

If you experience or witness any unacceptable behaviour, please find the nearest PNE employee, public safety team member, or visit First Aid. You can text or call PNE Guest Services during the event at 604-505-5840.

Guests who violate the code of conduct are subject to removal from the venue.

Please note that all patrons and/or items entering the PNE are subject to search. Prohibited items will be seized and turn over to Police.

The PNE works closely with the Vancouver Police Department to create a safe environment. Guests who are deemed inadmissible by the Vancouver Police will be removed from the venue.

Mask Requirements

The PNE continues to support those who want to wear face masks, but we will not enforce guests, public or clients to wear masks onsite.
