PNE Winter Fair Vendor Application

Hello Vendors! 

We are now accepting applications to participate at the 2022 PNE Winter Fair in a charming outdoor holiday atmosphere.

The selection process will be vendors with unique food and merchandise gift options that incorporates into our festival holiday theme: home décor, apparel, and accessories to homemade holiday fare; festive seasonal food menu item(s).


Holiday Village Vendor:

  • One 8’ x 10’ Hut and 1 x 15 amps
  • 2 ID Passes and 2 Onsite Parking Passes (Gate 9)
  • Cost:  $2000.00 plus applicable taxes.


Food Vendors:

  • Truck Space and up to 60 amps
  • 4 ID Passes and 4 Onsite Parking Passes (Gate 9)
  • Cost: 25% of Gross Sales
  • Non-Refundable Electrical & Water/Sewer Connection fee:
  • up to 60 amps – $525
  • over 60 amps -$875
  • Plus applicable taxes
  • This will be a cashless event and concessionaires will be required to use PNE supplied wireless debit sales terminal.


Vendors must be available for the duration of The PNE Winter Fair (December 14-23, 2022). Food Trucks will be permanently placed for the duration of the fair.

Upon acceptance, you must provide $2 Million Public Liability Insurance, WorkSafe BC Registration# and Valid Clearance Letter.

We do not accept applications submitted in person, by mail/email, or any other method. Applications must be submitted via the online form (click button above) to be considered.

We will notify applicants of your status by November 10, 2022.
