We make the application process easy, transparent, and welcoming:

  1. Submit Application: Visit www.pne.ca/jobs to browse through open positions and submit your application with your resume & cover letter directly through our Careers Page.
  2. Pre-Screening: Our recruitment team carefully reviews all applications to assess qualifications and alignment with our team’s needs.
  3. Phone Screening: If selected for further consideration, our team will contact you to schedule a phone interview. This initial conversation helps us learn more about your experience and career goals.
  4. Interview Invitation: Candidates who successfully pass the phone screening will be invited for a more in-depth interview. Whether conducted virtually or in-person, this interview stage allows you to meet key team members and explore how your skills can contribute to our organization.
  5. References / Background Check: Following a successful interview and upon acceptance of a job offer, candidates undergo a thorough background check and reference verification process.
  6. Verbal Offer: Upon successful completion of all assessments, candidates will receive a verbal offer outlining the position details and next steps.
  7. Written Offer: Once the verbal offer is accepted, candidates will receive a formal written offer. This offer includes details such as compensation, benefits, and employment terms.
  8. Onboarding: Congratulations on joining the PNE team! Your onboarding journey includes:
  • Completing an online orientation, where you will review company policies, sign necessary forms, and submit paperwork electronically.
  • Participating in OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety) and P&C orientations during your first week to ensure you feel prepared and supported as you integrate into our organization.
