The PNE brings it all to you! Visitors can see and interact with so many different types of animals it will make your head spin! Llamas, alpacas, horses (big and small), cows of all varieties, chicks and chickens, ducks, fancy birds, sheep, pigs, goats and more! The best way to experience and learn about all these wonderful animals is by catching our friendly and knowledgeable Farm Hand demonstrations as they educate you about all the different animals!

Industry Partners – Bringing authentic agriculture to the Fair
The PNE is proud to partner with agriculture industry groups to bring a true look into the world of producing food.  Meet some of the hens that lay the eggs you ate for breakfast and chat to the BC Egg farmers who take care of them.  Come and learn about the lifecycle of a chicken at the Poultry in Motion Educational Mini Barn presented in partnership with BC Chicken Growers’ Association and BC Hatching Egg Producers Association.  Check out the BC Honeybee Center exhibit and store with daily honey extraction demonstrations, live wasp displays and an opportunity to buy amazing BC honey! You can also stop by and check out the Dairy cows presented by BC Dairy Association and try your hand at some interactive dairy industry educational games!  BC Cattlemen’s Association is onsite to showcase the many different breeds of cattle raised in BC.

We have a large variety of agriculture exhibits including the Poultry Alley, our Tractor Displays, the PNE Chef’s Garden and of course, all the Agri A’moo’sement shows and attractions to take in!

Kidz Discovery Farm – tons of farm fun for the kids!
Kids can try their hand at becoming a ‘farmer for an hour’ in the Kids Discovery Farm presented in partnership with many of our industry partners, showcasing 10 sectors of agriculture with different interactive activities! Try your hand at milking a cow, pedaling a tractor, collecting eggs and harvesting apples in this exciting exhibit!  Finally, enter our newly renovated market and sell your products!   End your ‘chores’ with a prize courtesy of BC Dairy.  Since its premier in 2009, this fun-filled activity has received rave reviews and continues to be even better each year!
