The Fair uses cashless procedures on site for PNE Food & Beverage, Bars and Games. We accept PNE gift cards, credit/debit and recommend that you use your tap enabled cards or Apple Pay/Google Pay on your mobile device. You can pick up a gift card at the gift card booths located near the climbing wall in Playland, at the bottom of the food mainline near the livestock barns, or at the Guest Services booth located near the Forum Marketplace. These cards can be loaded with cash. Gift cards are not accepted at the Forum Marketplace, Casino wheel games, or for Summer Night Concert ticket purchases.

Accessibility / Access 2 Program
The Fair is proud to partner with the “Access 2 Program”. We simply ask that you show your Access 2 Card at the ticketing booth, indicating that you require a support person. Guests can purchase a gate pass which allows an accompanying support person to receive a complimentary gate entrance admission.
Gate admission does not include a ride pass. Each guest who wishes to participate in the rides during fair requires their own purchased ticket.
For guests wishing to use their Access 2 card for complimentary ride access, please visit the PNE during Playland or Fright Nights when rides are included with admission.
Accessible washrooms are available throughout the Fair grounds and its buildings. Playland’s accessible washroom is located under the games line beside I Scream, U Scream (Ice Cream).
Ride Accessibility:
Partnered with Easter Seals of Canada’s Access 2 Entertainment card, PNE’s Ride Accessibility program, the “exit pass” is designed to provide access for individuals with accessibility needs which require additional support with ride loading and unloading or prevent the individual from safely navigating standard ride queue lines.
The Access 2 Entertainment program participant can obtain a “exit pass” from guest services in Playland, by showing their Access 2 card, which can be used at the exit of rides, or rapid pass line when present at the ride. For rides without a rapid pass line, ride accessibility guests will use the ride exit and be integrated into the front of the line, typically within 1-3 ride cycles.
*Guests with mobility aids or other disabilities that may impact their ability to safely navigate Playland’s ride queues, but are not part of the Access 2 Entertainment program, may contact Guest Services in advance of their visit, gx@pne.ca, to discuss accessibility options and potential “exit pass” eligibility. “Exit pass” access is not guaranteed for those who are not part of the Access 2 Entertainment program and is determined at the sole discretion of Playland management.
For more information on accessibility please visit any Guest Services booth or contact the Guest Experience team at gx@pne.ca
Parking:
Dedicated accessible parking is available in lots 1, 9 & 16, on a first come, first serve basis. If all accessible parking is full, the parking team will do their best to direct guests with accessible parking needs to the closest available parking.
Onsite parking is limited and event attendees are not guaranteed onsite parking. We strongly encourage guests to arrive on foot, carpool, use ride-sharing services, taxis or public transit.
