Fundraising Ticket Donation Program

The PNE donates thousands of tickets every year to support the fundraising efforts of non-profits and charities, schools, sports teams, arts and cultural groups and more.

We are excited to have brought this program back to its full capacity in 2023, for the first time since the pandemic.

Eligibility Criteria

Due to the high number of donation requests we receive, to be eligible the below guidelines must be met:

• The tickets must be used for fundraising efforts and not given away. E.g. used in a silent auction or raffle.
• You must be applying on behalf of a non-profit or charity (including schools, sports teams, arts and cultural groups, etc.)

Application Deadline

We accept applications year-round. If you apply after the PNE Fair, Playland and Fright Nights in a given year, any tickets donated will then be for events in the following year.

Due to the high number of donation requests we receive, please allow four weeks to hear back from us.

Ticket Allocation Process

Tickets donated will be to the PNE Fair, Playland or Fright Nights based on the nature of the group applying (and the associated ages) and the time of year.

Due to the high number of donation requests we receive:

• Groups can only receive one donation per year.
• A minimum of 2 tickets and a maximum of 4 tickets will be donated per group.

• Playland Admission Passes
  Each pass includes admission to Playland and access to over 30 rides and attractions on any one day during the Playland regular season. See www.pne.ca for dates and hours (Playland passes cannot be used when the PNE Fair is running from August 19 – September 4, 2023). Parking and special attractions are not included. Children aged three and under receive complimentary admission to Playland (Please see www.pne.ca for details).
• Fair Gate Admission Passes
  Each pass includes admission to the PNE Fair on any open fair day between August 19 to September 4, 2023. See www.pne.ca for dates and hours. Parking, rides, concerts and special attractions are not included.
• Fright Nights Passes
  Includes admission to haunted attractions and Playland rides, see www.frightnights.ca for dates and hours. Parking and special attractions are not included. Pass details will be determined in September 2023.
  Warning: Not recommended for ages 12 & under, seniors 65+, people with sensitivity to strobe lighting, people with high blood pressure, or pregnant persons.
