1. Eligibility

This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Employees of the Pacific National Exhibition, contest sponsors, and immediate family members (or persons residing in the same household) are not eligible to win prizes.

If an entrant is found to be under the age of majority in their province or territory, their entry will be void, unless accompanied by the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, in which case the parent or guardian will be deemed the official entrant.

2. How to Enter

To enter the contest, participants must:

  1. Visit the PNE Fair on August 28.

  2. Locate the five dedicated scan in locations throughout the grounds.

  3. At each location, scan the QR code and complete the sign-in form.

  4. Each sign in = 1 contest entry.
    Participants who complete all 5 locations receive DOUBLE XP (10 total entries).

No purchase necessary. A location is outside the entrance so participation is possible without Fair admission.

3. Contest Period

The contest begins at 11:00 AM PST on August 28, 2025 and ends at 11:00 PM PST on August 28, 2025.

4. Prizes

Prize:

  • Summer Night Concert tickets to Rainbow Kitten Surprise on September 1, 2025 for you + 7 friends (8 total tickets)

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected by random draw on August 29, 2025, from all valid entries.

  • Winners will be contacted via the email submitted on the sign-in form.

  • Winners must respond within 48 hours or another winner will be selected.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

6. Privacy & Permissions

By entering the Contest, participants expressly consent to receive electronic messages from PNE, including promotional offers, updates, and information about upcoming events. Participants understand that they may withdraw their consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every email, in compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Any personal information collected (name, handle, email) will only be used to administer the contest and contact winners, in accordance with PNE’s Privacy Policy.
