The Pacific Coliseum, the PNE’s largest and most iconic venue, lights up nightly from sunset until 11:00 PM.
We invite non-profit and charitable organizations to submit lighting requests to celebrate, commemorate, or raise awareness for their cause through a custom lighting display in their colours.
To be considered, requests must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to the desired lighting date. For example, for a July lighting, the submission deadline is June 15.
We welcome lighting requests from non-profit and charitable organizations.
Requests will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
Timing and availability of the lighting schedule
Background and values of the organization, cause, or event
Relevance or connection to the local community, City of Vancouver, and/or the Province of British Columbia
Please note that lighting requests will not be considered for:
Individual or personal celebrations or memorials
Political events or causes
Commercial or industry-related promotions
All decisions are made at the sole discretion of the PNE.
