The Pacific Coliseum, the PNE’s largest and most iconic venue, lights up nightly from sunset until 11:00 PM.

We invite non-profit and charitable organizations to submit lighting requests to celebrate, commemorate, or raise awareness for their cause through a custom lighting display in their colours.

To be considered, requests must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to the desired lighting date. For example, for a July lighting, the submission deadline is June 15.

Please note: The Pacific Coliseum lights are temporarily offline due to technical issues. Requests are still being accepted and will be fulfilled once the issue is resolved.

Eligibility

We welcome lighting requests from non-profit and charitable organizations.

Requests will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Timing and availability of the lighting schedule

  • Background and values of the organization, cause, or event

  • Relevance or connection to the local community, City of Vancouver, and/or the Province of British Columbia

Please note that lighting requests will not be considered for:

  • Individual or personal celebrations or memorials

  • Political events or causes

  • Commercial or industry-related promotions

All decisions are made at the sole discretion of the PNE.
