Know Before You Go

Below is information to ensure you have the best possible experience at events hosted at the PNE – including Pacific Coliseum, PNE Forum, PNE Grounds, and Freedom Mobile Arch.

 

Your Tickets

Your ticket is valid only for the date and time indicated on it. Before arriving at the PNE please ensure you have downloaded your mobile ticket into your digital wallet. There is no public Wi-Fi available at the venue.

 

Upon arrival, please present the original ticket file, and not a screenshot of it. To help with ticket scanning, please turn the brightness on your phone to maximum, and have your QR code open and ready.

 

Your mobile ticket(s) will be available to transfer 48 hours prior to the event.

 

Tickets MUST be transferred via your TicketLeader account. Do not forward the ticket links, due to ticket binding (a form of fraud prevention), tickets will no longer be active.

 

Using Mobile Tickets

Before you reach the venue, download your tickets via the ‘Your Mobile Tickets are available to download’ email from TicketLeader or log into ‘My Account’ from your mobile and view ‘My Upcoming Events’.

Once you select your event, view and add tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet.

**Note: You must access your account via a mobile device to add them to your wallet**

Open Wallet, select your event and show your mobile ticket at entry and you’re in!

Venue & Parking

The PNE is located at 2901 E Hastings St, Vancouver, BC V5K 5J1.

Onsite parking at the PNE is limited and not guaranteed. We strongly encourage guests to arrive on foot, carpool, use ride-sharing services, taxis, or public transit.

If you require parking at the event please give yourself extra time to park. The closest parking lot can be accessed via Gate 6 from Renfrew Street just north of the Pacific Coliseum (at Cambridge Street).

The PNE is now using the EasyPark payment system. Guests can pay using pay-by-meter stations located throughout the site and mobile apps including ZipBy, Passport, Honk, and ParkMobile. We recommend downloading one of these mobile apps prior to arriving at the event, for payment ease and convenience.

Please note: Coin payments are not accepted. License plate recognition is used for enforcement—ensure your plate is entered correctly.

Bag & Umbrella Policy

For everyone’s safety, security and enjoyment, we ask you to only bring small clutches, belt bags, fanny-packs or clear (i.e. see-through) bags. This policy allows us to safely and efficiently screen and welcome guests into the event. All bags and hand-carried items will be subject to a search and screened for prohibited items prior to entry.

The PNE has a no large bag policy and currently only allows small bags and clear bags at our venues. Bags larger than 8.5×11 inches (the size of a standard piece of paper) will not be permitted into the venue.

Umbrellas are permitted inside PNE venues, providing they are collapsible/compact measuring 12 inches or shorter. We kindly ask that guests keep umbrellas with them at all times and be mindful that they do not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the event.

Outside Food

For the safety of all of our guests and team members, outside food (including gum or candy) and beverages will not be permitted onsite.

In & Out Policy

Re-entry is not permitted for any guest upon leaving the venue.

Cashless Transactions

The PNE uses cashless procedures onsite for retail, food and beverage. Accepted payment methods include debit cards, credit cards, other prepaid tap enabled cards, or Apple Pay/Google Pay on your mobile device.

Guests without cashless purchase options may visit Guest Services and pre-load a PNE gift card using cash. Gift card purchases are non-refundable, do not expire, and remaining balances can be used during future PNE events. Minimum gift card load of $20.00.

Safety & Security

At the PNE, the safety of our guests and staff is paramount.

The PNE has a ZERO TOLERANCE violence and aggressive behaviour policy. PNE will not accept any inappropriate behaviour from guests towards staff or other guests. Before you arrive to the venue, please familiarize yourself with the PNE’s code of conduct.

If you experience or witness any unacceptable behaviour, please find the nearest PNE employee, public safety team member, or visit First Aid. You can text or call PNE Guest Services during the event at 604-505-5840.

Guests who violate the code of conduct are subject to removal from the venue.

Please note that all patrons and/or items entering the PNE are subject to search. Prohibited items will be seized and turned over to the Police.

The PNE works closely with the Vancouver Police Department to create a safe environment. Guests who are deemed inadmissible by the Vancouver Police will be removed from the venue.
