Anonymous Reporting

Want to help out, give us a shout!

The PNE encourages the prompt reporting of complaints and/ or incidents of inappropriate conduct in the workplace so that actions can be taken and incidents can be investigated immediately.

Although we encourage employees to report directly to supervisors, managers or Human Resources, the PNE recognizes that some employees may not feel comfortable doing so, depending on the situation and/or circumstances involved.

As a result, we have created the Anonymous Report Form below which provides employees with an anonymous and confidential way to report issues and/or inappropriate conduct/behaviour in the workplace. Examples include but are not limited to workplace impairment due to the consumption of alcohol or drugs, incidents of harassment or bullying behaviour, and anything unsafe ( horseplay, unsafe conditions or behaviours).

All reports submitted will be given careful attention with the objective of investigating and responding to the situation being reported. We encourage reporters to complete the on-line form with as much information and/or details (date & time on incident(s), names, description) as possible to enable Human Resources to properly investigate.

The PNE expects that reports submitted will be made in good faith to address legitimate issues.

ANONYMOUS REPORT FORM

Please note that in order for the PNE to fully investigate any potential issues, the more detailed information/descriptions (names/times/location) you are able to provide, the better, as it will aid us in our investigation.
