
FVDED PRESENTS
Anticipation is high for organizers, artists and fans for the debut of FVDED Presents, 2021’s version of the now iconic FVDED in the Park series. Playing at three locations across Vancouver: the PNE Amphitheatre, Celebrities and Fortune Sound Club, FVDED Presents reimagines the FVDED festival into a celebration of music and culture as a number artists come together for this special series of events. “We are extremely proud of the deep connection the fans have with this festival,” says Alvaro Prol, co-founder of Blueprint, who organizes the event along with partner Live Nation. “FVDED has become one of the most significant urban music festivals in Canada, drawing 50,000 fans each year. FVDED Presents is about connecting the artists, creatives and the music of FVDED with the fans in smaller festival experiences over two days.”

Accessibility
There is a designated drop-off and pick-up zone for guests with accessibility requirements located through Gate 9. We provide over 50 on-site accessible parking spaces for the in Lot 9.
Designated seating for guests in wheelchairs and their companions is available within the Amphitheatre.

ATMs
ATMs will not be available onsite. FVDED Presents is a cashless event. Accepted payment methods include credit, debit and mobile tap.
Bikes
Bikes are not permitted in the venue. Bike racks are available outside the entrance to the venue and are left at owner’s risk.
Cameras
Cameras are not permitted at the FVDED event at the PNE Amphitheatre.
Cannabis Policy
In accordance with the Vancouver Park Board Smoking Regulation By-Law, Hastings park is a non smoking site. (see Smoking & Vaping for specific FVDED information ) This includes the consumption of cannabis.
Exceptions will be made for medical cannabis (with appropriate documentation) or other prescription medications. Individuals who have recreational cannabis on their person are encouraged to secure it in their vehicle.
Guests found smoking, vaping or consuming cannabis in any form on the PNE grounds will be evicted.
Credit and Debit Cards
FVDED Presents is a cashless event. Credit and debit cards are accepted for admission, food, and merchandise. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Code of Conduct
We want all those attending our events to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. Guests who demonstrate inappropriate and disruptive behavior, including the following, are subject to being removed from the premises:
- Excessive consumption of alcohol
- Alcoholic beverages brought onto PNE property. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the Amphitheatre will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct and will result in the Guest being ejected
- Obscene, offensive, or abusive language or actions
- Fighting, taunting, or threatening remarks or gestures
- Dangerous, abusive, profane, or illegal behavior
- Unruly or inconsiderate behavior
- Interfering with security procedures
- Interfering with the event or throwing any object onto the stage
- Sitting in a location other than the guest’s ticketed area
- Selling tickets or other merchandise on PNE property
- Handing out goods or literature not pre-approved by the Pacific National Exhibition
- Any other conduct that is beyond the bounds of reasonable behavior for spectators attending an event
First Aid
First aid services are available. PNE first aid staff are specially trained in emergency first-aid procedures.
Food and Beverage
The PNE provides an assortment of food and beverage services for guests attending Amphitheatre events.

Guide Dogs / Service Dogs / Pets
Animals are not permitted at the PNE with the exception of Service Animals. Please have documentation available.
Guide dogs and service dogs (as well as puppies-in-training carrying BC Government Identification) are welcome. Accepted certification includes Pacific Assistance Dogs Society (PADS), BC & Alberta Guide Dog Services, Vancouver Island Compassion Dogs, Assistance Dogs International, or the International Guide Dog Federation.

The guide or service dog must always remain on a leash or harness and/or under the control of their handler.
Health and Safety
As organizers of the FVDED Presents series we will be following all government and health authority COVID-19 prevention protocols for outdoor festivals in British Columbia.
- Vaccination and Face Masks
We strongly encourage everyone to get fully vaccinated but won’t be requiring proof of vaccination at the gate at this time. Masks are highly recommended at all times but won’t be required on the outdoor festival grounds. Masks will be mandatory in all indoor spaces such as washrooms. - Venue Cleaning
Throughout the festival, high touch areas including handrails, concession stands, restrooms, and merchandise stands, will be disinfected. Hand sanitizing dispensers will be located at several locations throughout the venue. - COVID-19 Protocols
If you feel sick, please stay home. Know the symptoms of COVID-19 which can include the following: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or running nose, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.
Lost and Found
If you have lost a personal item while attending an event at the PNE please email lostandfound@pne.ca. Be sure to leave your full name, contact number, the date and event you lost your item and a full description of the item. Every attempt will be made to locate the lost item and you will be contacted only if the item is found.
The PNE does not reimburse patrons for lost or stolen items.
Note: All lost & found or checked items will be destroyed or donated if unclaimed after 30 days.
Payment options
The PNE Amphitheatre is a cashless venue. Debit, credit, and mobile tap are all accepted.
Parking and Transportation
The PNE has over 2,600 on-site parking spaces located at the corner of Hastings and Windermere Street, Gate 6 off North Renfrew Street, and Gate 9 off Bridgeway Street. There are at least 50 on-site accessibility parking spaces. Guest requiring accessible parking should enter the PNE through Gate 9.
Parking is $20.

Pat Down Policy
In order to provide a safe environment, you and your belongings will be searched upon entry into the Amphitheatre. By tendering the ticket and entering the Amphitheatre, you consent to such searches. If you elect not to consent to the searches, you will be denied entry into the Amphitheatre. Also, the premises are monitored by video camera, please be aware that your movements may be recorded.

Small clutch purses and fanny packs are permitted (no larger than 8.5”x11”).
All bags will searched upon arrival.

Empty, re-useable water bottles are permitted and water refill stations are available inside the venue.

- Any sort of animals other than permitted guide dogs
- Any promotional or commercial materials not pre-approved by PNE management
- Spray cans, corrosive, flammable substances, dyes or receptacles containing substances which are harmful to health or are highly flammable
- Mechanically-operated instruments which produce an excessive volume of noise such as megaphones, air or gas-powered horns
- Laser pointers
- Cameras, video cameras or other sound or video recording equipment
- Computers or other devices used for the purposes of transmitting or disseminating sound, pictures, descriptions, or results of the events via the internet or other forms of media
- Other objects which could compromise public safety and/or harm the reputation of the Event
Re-Entry
No re-entry will be allowed during the event. This means once you are in the venue, you are not permitted to leave and come back into the venue.
Restrooms
There are two permanent washrooms accompanied by temporary washroom trailers located at the venue. Each permanent washroom offers wheelchair accessible stalls. Masks must be worn at all times when going into the washroom.
Rides and Attractions
Playland admission is not included with your FVDED ticket.
Rentals: Wheelchairs & Lockers
There are no rentals of wheelchairs or lockers.
Smoking & Vaping
For FVDED Presents there will be a designated 19+ smoking area away from the main stage. Smoking, included e-cigarettes is not permitted anywhere else on the grounds other than the dedicated smoking area.
Guests found consuming cannabis in any form at any event hosted on the PNE grounds will be evicted. Exceptions will be made for medical needs.
Ticket Information
Tickets can be purchased through www.ticketleader.ca. The TicketLeader box office is located by the main entrance of the PNE Amphitheatre will be open two hours prior to doors opening.
VIP
All VIP tickets and areas are 19+ only and require 2 pieces of valid government ID for access to these areas.
Water Stations
Free water station will be available inside the venue. You are permitted to bring an empty reusable water bottle or purchase bottle water at the food stands.
