Mango Bell Pepper Rice Paper Rolls

9 sheets Vietnamese rice paper
160 g Chicken meat
1 Mango
half Avocado
1 Green bell pepper
2 tsp Canola oil
1 green onion

1/2 tsp Sea salt
a little Ground black pepper
1.2 tsp Sesame oil

a little Minced garlic
2 tbsp Fish sauce
1 tsp Lime juice


1. Add marinade to the chicken and leave it for a while.
2. Peel mango and avocado. Cut into strips. Green Bell Pepper sliced.
3. Heat oil in a wok and stir fry the chicken until done.
4. Soak the rice paper in hot water for 30 seconds. Wipe them dry with a towel.
5. Arrange mango avocado and green bell pepper on a sheet of rice paper. Put in some chicken. Fold and roll it up into spring roll shape.
6. Stir the sauce ingredients well.
7. Serve the sauce as a dip on the side.
