Herb Crusted Tuna Steaks with Sticky Rice and Sriracha Aoli

Ingredients
3 Red Tuna Steaks (frozen)
1 1/2 cups Green Herbs (1/2 Parsley and then your choice of Basil, Thyme, Cilantro, Chives, Tarragon)
1 tsp sesame oil (or any type of mild cooking oil)
salt and Pepper To taste
1/4 cup Kewpie Mayo
1 tsp -1tbsp Sriracha Sauce
2 Green onions (optional)
Instructions
- 20 minutes before cooking pull steaks out of freezer
- Put Rice on to Steam
- Chop herbs together
- Lightly coat tuna steak with oil
- Coat with herbs
- Sear tunas steaks on med high lighltly for one to two minutes on each side
- Put on cutting board to rest for 5 minutes
- Mix schiracha and mayo together
- Dice green onions
- Slice tuna thinly (1 cm slices)
- Place rice on plate with Tuna and side dishes
- Either drizzle mayo on top or place on side of plate
- Sprinkle with green onions
