Vietnamese Tumeric crepes

Try out this Asian spiced crepe variation for a delicious meal.

Part 1
2 Cups rice four
2 cups Soda water
1tps Tumeric
1/5 cup green onion sliced
4 tbsps Oil
Part 2
1 cup Corn
2 cup Bean sprouts
1 head Green leaf lettuce
Part 3
6 oz skirt steak sliced
Part 4
1/2 cup fish sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 pc lime
1 pc Thai chili
1 pc garlic clove mince
1/2 cup water


1. Mix part 1 together and let it sit for 5 mins
2. Heat up the pan with medium heat, add 1/5 amount oil
3. slowly add the batter and turn the pan to create a thin surface of batter
4. add vegetables except green leaf lettuce
5. add steak and cover with a lid
6. after 2 minutes take the lid off and add a ilttle bit of oil around the edge
7. when the crepe starts getting crispy, use a lifter, fold the crepe in half and take them out ready to be served
8. mix part 2 together for dipping sauce
9. Serve on lettuce
