Echo & The Bunnymen and Violent Femmes
We’ve looked at all the studies and ran all the numbers, and we discovered that Echo & The Bunnymen and Violent Femmes are responsible for about 7.5 percent of all the good songs from the 1980s.
So it makes total sense that the two bands are touring North America this summer, and their co-headlining jaunt across our great continent hits the PNE Amphitheatre on August 3rd.
The 16-date tour kicks off July 11 in Philly and wraps August 3 in Vancouver.
Violent Femmes released their latest album, We Can Do Anything, in March 2016 and are expected to reveal a new record later this year.
Echo & The Bunnymen‘s latest record was 2014’s Meteorites, but hey, let’s face it, you’re coming to this show to hear the hits.
