Playland and Fair Seasonal Recruitment Process

  1. Apply for the job posting online!
  2. If selected for the next stage, you will be receiving a survey from the People & Culture team, to provide your availability, and select your preferred positions. Please make sure to provide as much information as possible on your availability.
  3. If you have been shortlisted, you will be receiving an invitation for a group interview. All group interviews will be virtual.
  4. Our group interviews are structured to be fun and engaging, there are no wrong answers! This is also a great opportunity to meet your future team members, as well as ask the facilitator any questions you might have.
  5. Offers go out through our portal to those who have been selected. Please ensure that you have all the required information to accept your offer within the requested timeframe. We will ensure to communicate to you that you will need to accept your offer during the interview invitations.
  6. Training and Onboarding! You will receive onboarding content from People & Culture, at the same time you will also receive communication from your department manager, to schedule your onsite training, as well as schedule shifts.


What about Uniforms?

We will provide you with a schedule to our Employee Services office where you will receive the following:

  1. Uniform items based on your role at Playland/Fair
  2. Employee ID Card
  3. Name Tag
